Header Card Description: Vielä 1920-luku oli Saksassa suhteellisen vapaamielistä aikaa seksuaalivähemmistöille, varsinkin suurkaupungeissa. 1930-luvulla natsien valtaannousun jälkeen ilmapiiri muuttui ja homot joutuivat vainon kohteeksi.
